http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/issues/issues.freetrade.html

Free trade is a major issue in the world today as we are becoming such a global community. Everything is heading towards being an international trading country, and how the future presidents look at the world and who they want to trade with is going to greatly influence the direction of the nation.

GLBT issues of the 2008 election

As a growing issue in this country, GLBT issues are going to come into play in the next four years, so it is good to know where each candidate stands. It seemes in this issues, the candidates have very different views, both leaning towards their party lines.

Education in the 2008 election

This link is very in depth about both of the candidates and their different ideas about different issues related to education, such as NCLB act and college tuition. Like the other link it also has a "sound off" section.

Environment issues of the 2008 election.

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/issues/issues.environment.html

I chose the above link because CNN is a reliable news source and it gives a very short to the point explanation of the 2 canidates and their positions and ideas about the environment for the coming election. And it also has a "sound off" section that allows readers to state their opinions, which is a benefit.
